Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We cover all return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason.

To qualify, your item must remain in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags and packaging) and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
